You can register your child directly with De Bloemenkinderen through our digital enrollment form.

Due to the growing demand for childcare, we work with a priority system for new registrations. Priority is given to:

  • Families with siblings already attending De Bloemenkinderen
  • Children of De Bloemenkinderen staff
  • Children attending De Vuurvlinder, our SPIL partner

The days requested by parents determine whether a contract can be offered. De Bloemenkinderen aims to meet the preferred days as much as possible. The days offered in the contract, based on the parent’s request, are binding.

This means that once a contract has been offered, it is no longer possible to cancel any of the agreed childcare days. Ending a day or reducing days can only be done through the regular notice procedure. The notice period is one month, and notice takes effect on the 1st or the 15th of the month.

After submitting the enrollment form, you will automatically receive a confirmation. We will then send you an email asking you to provide a few additional details, including the BSN numbers.

Based on the available places, you will receive an offer. If there is no space at that moment, we will inform you that your child has been placed on the waiting list and we will contact you as soon as a place becomes available.

A registration does not automatically mean that a place is immediately available. You can register your child without any obligations; there are no costs involved.

We believe it is important that every child feels comfortable and free to be themselves. That is why we value open and positive communication with parents and caregivers. If there are any medical considerations or developmental notes, we kindly ask you to share these with us during the registration process through the form.
